Article Submission Charges (ASC)

There are no article submission charges.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

All articles accepted after June 1, 2023, are subject to "Article Processing Charges" to provide free access to readers and to cover the costs of peer review management, journal production, online hosting, DOI billing and long-term archiving. This APC is valid for the current calendar year and may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the publisher. The submitting author is responsible for payment of the APC and must confirm, at the time of submission, that s/he will organize payment of the APC, should the article be accepted for publication. This responsibility may not be delegated to any third party unless agreed to by the publisher. Note: APC will be billed after the article "Accepted" and will not affect the peer review process.

For article accepted per March 1, 2024:
All authors from Indonesia: IDR 275,000.00
International collaboration (IDN and abroad authors): IDR 200,000.00
Author from abroad: USD 15.

Note:
On 1st Juni 2023, all accepted articles will be published using "publish-as-you-go".
The publishing policy of this journal is "publish-as-you-go" that is after completing the review process, an article is assigned a DOI and published online in the current issue. When the issue period ends (February, June and October), a new issue is activated and articles with DOI are added until the end of the issue period. So accepted articles are published without waiting the issue period.

Article Withdraw

To withdraw an article, the authors must write a clear and concise letter with an in-depth explanation as to why the manuscript needs to be withdrawn to avoid fine or withdrawal fees. The letter must be signed by all authors. The journal also maintains the right to withdraw an article due to the presence of plagiarism, fraudulent use of data or violations of other ethical codes. 

If the author requests the withdrawal of the manuscript while it is still undergoing peer review, the author will be charged a withdrawal penalty of IDR 250,000 per manuscript to the publisher. However, it is unethical to retract a submitted manuscript once it has been received by another journal. If a manuscript is withdrawn after publication acceptance, the author will be penalized IDR 500,000 per manuscript. Withdrawal of a manuscript is only permitted after all withdrawal penalties have been paid to the Publisher.
