Animal Agricultura is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published three times per year—in February, June, and October. The journal publishes original research articles and comprehensive reviews in animal husbandry, covering areas like nutrition, production, reproduction, and livestock socio-economics. It also includes interdisciplinary agricultural sciences such as agronomy, soil science, pest management, agricultural technology, food sciences, fisheries, forestry, and agricultural socio-economics.

Submissions are reviewed initially by the editorial team and then undergo rigorous peer review. Manuscripts of high scientific quality and within the journal's scope are considered for publication. Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts according to reviewers’ comments to achieve the highest quality standard.

Accepted articles may appear as "in press" if the publishing quota is reached ahead of schedule, providing early visibility to readers and authors.
