Keragaman dan Komposisi Lalat Tertangkap pada Dua Peternakan Sapi Semi-Ekstensif di Kabupaten Kupang Menggunakan Perangkap Nzi

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan keragaman takson dan komposisi tangkapan lalat pada dua peternakan sapi semi-ekstensif di Desa Manusak dan Desa Tolnaku, Kabupaten Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur, selama April-Mei 2024. Lalat dikoleksi menggunakan perangkap Nzi yang ditempatkan di padang penggembalaan dan sekitar kandang pada pukul 08.00-16.00; spesimen diambil setiap dua jam dan diidentifikasi secara morfologis. Karena data yang tersedia berupa jumlah agregat bulanan, analisis dibatasi pada indeks ekologi dan uji tabel kontingensi eksploratif; upaya tangkap serta mikroklimat per interval tidak dapat distandardisasi. Jumlah tangkapan mencapai 2.449 individu pada April dan 2.246 individu pada Mei. Musca domestica mendominasi kedua bulan, tetapi proporsinya menurun dari 71,95% menjadi 59,93%. Indeks Shannon gabungan meningkat dari 0,779 menjadi 0,984 dan kemerataan Pielou dari 0,435 menjadi 0,611. Komposisi tangkapan berbeda antar-lokasi pada April (χ²=109,48; p Monte Carlo<0,001; Cramér V=0,211) dan Mei (χ²=194,93; p<0,001; V=0,295), serta antar-bulan (χ²=121,32; p<0,001; V=0,161). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan perbedaan komposisi tangkapan perangkap Nzi, tetapi tidak membuktikan pengaruh kausal faktor lingkungan. Pencatatan trap-day dan pengukuran mikroklimat yang sinkron diperlukan pada penelitian berikutnya.
